Jeffrey Schneider

Jeffrey Schneider, EA, CTRS, and ACT-E, has the knowledge and expertise to help you reach a favorable outcome with the IRS. Whatever your tax resolution needs are, Schneider can help reduce the amount of your tax debt. His superpowers are negotiating with the IRS; he can file your back tax return, negotiate an offer in compromise, and installment agreement.
As an Enrolled Agent, Jeffrey Schneider is one of America’s Tax Experts who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before all Internal Revenue Service administrative levels. He is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI), a Past President of the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents, the Palm Beach Chapter and Treasure Coast Chapter of the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents, and a Former Director on the Board of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA).
He is the author of the Now What Help series: Now What? I Got a Tax Notice from the IRS. Help!, Now What? The IRS is Taking Everything I Own. Help! and Now What? I want to Prepare My Tax Return. Help!
Jeffrey spends much of his time teaching fellow Enrolled Agents, CPAs, and other tax pros federal tax and tax representation across the country.
In June 2014, he received the Mentor of the Year award from the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents.
In 2018 Jeffrey was appointed to the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council (IRSAC). Schneider also was named a “Top Practitioner” for 2018 by the ASTPS.

Meet
Alecia (Ali) Schneider
QAS, CMEM
Director of Business Development
Ali has been partners with her husband, Jeffrey, for over 20 years in their various companies. She serves as President of The Tax Relief Company and assumed the title of Director of Business Development, which includes Marketing Director.
Her position in the firm keeps her on the move at networking events, mixing and mingling with local business owners, and volunteering at local charity events.
As an event planner, Ali also handles the meeting planning for community seminars and events.
She is the recipient of the coveted “Purple Monkey” for the best commercial at the Treasure Coast Referral Network.
Ali was formerly the Executive Vice President of the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents (FSEA)from 2011- 2018 when she left the association to free up time for The Tax Relief Company.
Giving back to the community is vitally important to Ali. She was the former Vice President of Teddy Bears For Kids, an FL.501(c)3.

Marissa Meldon
Assistant Vice President and Office Manager
Marissa brings a wealth of experience working with the general public and other businesses as a Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Manager. She always has a smile on her face and never fails to put clients and prospective clients at ease. We are proud to say that she is our daughter.
Marissa is working on a Quickbooks User Certification and handles our client’s payroll. She also handles a large part of the office administration.
She is adept in American Sign Language and is able to assist individuals with a hearing disability.
She resides in Port St Lucie with her husband, son, two dogs, and two cats.

The American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS) is a national non-profit membership association created to address the needs of Attorneys, CPAs, and Enrolled Agents who regularly deal with clients suffering from IRS problems. ASTPS provides continuing education regarding changes in IRS laws and new strategies in dealing with the IRS. ASTPS members are continuously kept up to date with the newest and best ways to represent their clients. Each member must complete qualifying continuing education related directly to the area of Tax Resolution.
National Association of
Tax Professionals (NATP)
NATP is a nonprofit professional association whose mission is to serve the tax industry by providing its members with the support, education, products, and services they need to be successful in the tax profession.
